Keith Sweat and Kut Klose

 Saturday, 19 May 2012 - 7:00PM @ o2 indigo, Peninsula, london

Night of classic old skool rnb makes its way to indigO2 on Saturday 19 May as US stars Keith Sweat and Kut Klose join forces and will perform all of their greatest hits!

Coming straight out of Harlem, romantic soul man Keith Sweat has been laying down the good loving grooves since he first emerged on the scene with the landmark disc Make It Last Forever which includes the smooth title track and ‘I Want Her’. Appealing to the ladies as well as the fellas, Sweat was one of the first R&B artists to combine a lover man vibe with street edge hip-hop. While Make It Last Forever went triple-platinum, this was only the beginning of a career that would stretch two decades. “I’ve been blessed to be able to do what I love for over twenty years,” says Sweat.

Besides Keith’s obvious talent as a singer, many might not realize that he is also an accomplished record producer (Dru Hill, The O’Jays, Silk) songwriter, television producer, talent scout, celebrity radio host and businessperson.
With over two decades in the soul business, Keith Sweat looks forward the release of Ridin’ Solo. “Longevity means everything to me,” Sweat states. “I’m proud to still make records that mean something to the hardcore fans.”  Keith last played at indigO2 back in September 2009 and he is back and ready to groove with us again!
Rnb trio Kut Klose who were in fact discovered by Keith Sweat, will be performing their classic hits, as well as singing alongside the smooth groove star as they perform ‘Get Up On It’. Expect the ladies to perform tracks from their classic 1995 album Surrender which include ‘Lovely Thang’ and ‘I Like’.
This will be a night not to miss so make sure you are there!
